Privacy policy
This site collects personal data in one place only: the inquiry form. This page says what we keep, why, for how long, and how to have it removed.
Who is responsible
Abstrakt, reachable at [email protected]. Write to that address for anything on this page.
What we collect
What you type into the form: your email and message, and optionally your name and company. The email we receive also notes the page you sent it from, your approximate country and your browser type, so we can spot spam. Your IP address is used for a few seconds to limit abuse and is not stored by us.
Why
Only to read your inquiry and answer it, which you asked us to do (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a possible contract). We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare hosts the site and relays the form to our inbox; Google (Gmail) hosts the inbox. Both may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
As long as the conversation lasts. If it does not lead to a project, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, it becomes part of the project records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
Anonymous usage statistics
To see whether the site is useful, each page view reports where the visit came from (for example an ad or a search engine), how long the page was open and visible, how far it was scrolled, and whether the contact button or form was used. No cookies are set, nothing is stored on your device, and no IP address or other identifier is kept, so these figures cannot be linked to you.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to consent to. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party, and there are no embedded videos, maps or social widgets.
